Bear Irrigation
("Bear") warrants all Bear products to be free of defects in
materials or workmanship under normal use for three (3) years on all Bear
golf irrigation products from the original date of manufacture.
This warranty does not extend to repair or replacement of a Bear product
or part that results from misuse, negligence, alteration, modification
tampering, or improper installation, and/or maintenance of the product.
Bear reserves the right to decide between repair and replacement. Bear
assumes no responsibility for the proper installation of its products or
for labor costs involved in repair or replacement.
If a defect appears in a Bear product or part during the warranty period,
you should contact your local Bear authorized distributor. |
