The
easy to use interface only displays
functions that are required for the
current design mode. Want to switch to
the drawing mode? The drawing commands
are the only commands that will be
displayed. There is absolutely no
confusion on what commands can be used
in each design mode. This efficient
interface gets rid of the cluttered
design screen and maximizes the working
area. |

The New
Project Wizard makes it easy to
begin a new project design with its step
by step instructions on how to create
the initial design screen.
The Objects Floating Toolbar
makes object placement a breeze. The
toolbar will allow you to view objects
in two modes; text mode and thumbnail
mode. In the text mode the objects are
selected through a list for each
category (trees, shrubs, etc.). The
selected object will be displayed in a
thumbnail. This object can be placed on
the design screen by simply clicking and
dragging the thumbnail onto the working
area. Thumbnail mode will display a set
of either 2 or 6 thumbnails at a time.
You can set how many thumbnails are
viewed by simply clicking a button.
Objects are placed using the same method
as the text mode. Simply click, drag and
drop.
The Cloning Tool is used to
easily remove existing items from the
background image.
Standard Design Tools are
available for drawing polylines,
circles, rectangles, text and more. |

The Selection
& Layer Floating Toolbar: Each
object is placed on its own layer.
Within this dialog box, you can easily
move objects in front or behind other
objects. In addition, you can make any
layer visible or invisible. You can also
lock or unlock any layer.
Region Tools will allow a user to
access commands such as rectangle,
polygon and ellipse for selecting
regions of the background image. Once a
region is selected, you can fill the
area with a solid color, a transparent
color or crop the image to the selected
region. In addition, you can fill the
region with a material and add
perspective to the material. |

| Additional
Commands: Photoscapes has additional
commands that will allow you to scale the size
of any object by simply moving a selection box
with the mouse. You can easily flip objects
horizontally or vertically on the screen.
That’s not all, you can rotate an object to
any desired angle. |

| More Cool
Stuff: There are more commands available
allowing you to sharpen, alter the contrast,
brightness or hue of a selected region. You can
add effects such as perspective and shear to
give an object a 3-D appearance. In addition,
you can undo or redo the last command performed. |

| Printing:
At any point in the design process you can
output your design to any popular laser or
inkjet printer. |

Two-Dimensional CAD Design: Photoscapes
compliments our two-dimensional CAD software
called EcoCAD™.
EcoCAD allows you to create a set of
professional two-dimensional landscape
installation plans. In addition, EcoCAD will
create a plant legend and produce a complete
bill of materials and estimate/proposal. |
