and several new features.
Click here for an overview of the RainCAD™ X
Series 1.0 AutoCAD® Edition features!
New features include:
- Zone Distribution Analysis - This
feature will allow the user to visually see
water distribution. Distribution can be
viewed in a
red
to green scale or a blue
scale.
- Advanced
Hydraulics Viewer - The Hydraulics
Viewer allows the user to view data on any
piece of pipe, sprinkler, control valve,
master valve, water source, and backflow
device within the calculated zone. Component
data includes component description, pipe
types, pipe length, pressure loss, flow,
pipe velocity, sprinkler requirement, and
actual head pressure!
- Previous RainCAD™/EcoCAD™ users will
experience a very low learning curve and can
step right into irrigation and/or landscape
design. The RainCAD X Series for AutoCAD
menu structure is identical to previous
versions and functions such as
sprinkler/plant layout are virtually
identical in use. RainCAD 7.5 or EcoCAD 5.0
DesignCAD Edition users will be able to
import their databases to the AutoCAD
Edition with the new Database Importer.
