Blazing Saddle™ Installation Instructions

Additional Tools Required: None.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POLYETHYLENE PIPE:

1. Apply downward pressure on clamp to snap latches together beneath pipe.
   
   
2. Screw threaded spike into saddle.
   
   
3. Spike locks into position for optimal water flow. Attach either riser and sprinkler head or swing pipe elbow and swing pipe.
   
   

NOTE:
Use HORIZONTAL application for models BS 9000 / 901-5 and BS 4000 / 401-5, each with a built-in swing pipe barb. Attach swing pipe directly to barb. Save even more fittings with these models.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PVC PIPE:

1. Apply downward pressure on clamp to snap latches together beneath pipe.
   
   
2. INSERT INCLUDED SPIKE SUPPORT into spike. Spike support supports the tip of the spike and increases turning capacity. With spike support inserted into spike, screw spike into saddle.
   
   
3. Spike locks into position for optimal water flow. Release and remove spike support. Attach either riser and sprinkler head or swing pipe elbow and swing pipe.
